In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to PETPET HOUSE (“the Organiser”) as a data user. For the purposes of this written notice, the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the same meaning as prescribed in the Act.

1.     This written notice (“Notice”) is issued by us and serves to inform you that your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of the Organiser.

2.     The personal data processed by the Organiser may include your name, identity card number, contact number, email address, video(s), photograph(s), image(s) and other information as well as other information that you have provided via oral or written communications.

3.     We are processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide, for the following purposes:

a.      the above Contest;

b.      other purposes, directly or indirectly relating to the above Contest;

c.      any marketing, promotional or public relations activities of the Organiser whether or not in connection with the Contest

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Purposes”).

4.     You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and not misleading and that such information is kept up to date. You may access and request for correction of your personal data, to limit the processing of your personal data, or to contact us with any enquiries in respect of your personal data by contacting the Organiser at +6016-2663789 or email to info@louisbakkua.com.

5.     The Organiser may refuse to comply with your request for access or correction to your personal data under the Act and if we refuse to comply with such request, we will inform you of our refusal and reason for our refusal. 

6.     Your personal data may be disclosed to the subsidiaries or related companies of the Organiser and any governmental and/or quasi-governmental departments and/or agencies, regulatory and/or statutory bodies if requested by them, our auditors, our banks, business partners and/or service providers and any other third party that you have requested or authorised us to disclose your personal data to for the above purposes or for any other purposes for which your personal data was to be disclosed at the time of its collection or any other purposes directly related to any of the above Purposes.
